The house is situated in a little village, Vantačić- 3 km distance from Malinska.
Malinska  is well   known   tourist   resort located     on   a   western coast of the Island of Krk  in a
spacious wooded bay.

Nearly the   house is  grocery shop  (100 m), pizzeria     (50 m)  and coffee  shop (100 m).   In the
vicinity  village Porat (around 500m) is few very    good and   well   known   restaurants    with rich
offer of fish and other speciality.

Vantačić also has a marina (300 m), as well as Porat and Malinska. Various cultural, entertainment and sport events, exhibitions, water sports, fishing, tennis, discotheques,   dancing
terraces, a rich gastronomic offer, interesting excursion, shops and service shops, banks, post office and other you can find in Malinska.The nearest beach is about 120m from the house.
